At OSMO, we want you to be completely satisfied with your beauty routine. If you are not happy with your purchase, we offer a 30-day window for returns on all products in their original, unopened packaging.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your OSMO account and navigate to your order history to select the items you wish to return and receive a return authorization number.

• 2.
  Prepare Your Package

  Carefully pack your items in their original boxes with all protective inserts to ensure they are not damaged during transit back to our warehouse.

• 3.
  Attach Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely attach it to the outside of your package, covering any previous shipping barcodes.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our quality control team inspects your return, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
